BURGANDY
This Creole Hardneck has great flavor that’s wonderful for eating raw, the perfect burst of flavor with olive oil or in salad dressings. Tends to produce better in mid to warm climates like the West Coast & Southern regions but can tolerate some cold too. Wrappers tend to be all white and skins have notes of red and purple hues. 8-12 cloves per bulb, up to 6 months storage.
