We are only offering them for two days, after which time they will be boxed and shipped and should arrive at your door within 3-4 days.
These Scapes should be processed or refrigerated immediately.
We recommend a paper bag or an open topped plastic container.
Store them in the crisper of your fridge.
Recommended uses are:
Pesto
Substitute in place of garlic or green onion in any recipe
Dehydrate
Sautee and serve as a side dish
Use fresh in salads or cooked in hot dishes.
