This huge healthy porcelain was given to us by Judy Hutchens of Heron, MT. Very similar to Northern White, it is very robust in the field and one of the tallest and biggest varieties that we grow. The flavor is quite hot on the raw end of the spectrum and as you cook it the heat will mellow.
