This hardneck Rocambole hailing from the North is quickly becoming one of our grower favorites. We are excited to have it this year. This garlic lives up to its name with consistent large cloves, around 8-10 per bulb. Can be more white or have purple skins depending where it is grown. Stores well for a hardneck and has a full rich flavor, sometimes sweet and sometimes spicy. Becoming an all-around favorite for folks who love that strong garlic flavor in their recipes.
