This marbled purple skin variety probably originated in Siberia....the name sorta' gives that away. It is perhaps the most beautiful of all our bulbs. The huge purple striped wrappers contain very large cloves with dark brown skins. The creamy white cloves have a hot, spicy flavor that would keep anyone happy through an entire Siberian winter.
