This huge marbled purple-stripe is truly a first class garlic. It is a rare variety we brought from across the Canadian border which has proven to be our new favorite. Very similar to Bogatyr, it has a fiery heat while still letting the garlic flavor shine through, and it seems to be a bit more disease resistant. We love this new variety and plan on sharing it with the rest of the world.
