Another European smuggle job, we brought this back from an Iranian farmer selling garlic at a street market in Southern Sweeden. He swore that it was the prefered garlic of sweeden! It has a nice spicy flavor raw but is a very consistent garlic flavor all the way through to roasting. A softneck that grows with gorgeous coloring and seems to mature somewhat early. Huge bulbs of white with braiding stalks.
