A very hot rich garlic with a big after kick.
Russian Inferno has huge flavor and keeps it throughout cooking. It is quite bold raw and once cooked, retains its strong flavor with a bit of a sweet aftertaste.
It generally produces large bulbs and can often harvest a week or two after other varieties. It's an easy grower with an estimate of 6 to 8 clovers per bulb. It is hardy for cold climates and can store in refrigerator for extended periods.
