INCHELIUM RED
This Red Artichoke Softneck produces large bulbs with reddish burgundy hues. Usually has four to five layers of 8-20 cloves per bulb. A medium bodied, mild tingling flavor that lingers and makes for a great baked garlic. Harvests early and stores five to six months.
